1. About Havelo

Havelo is an AI-powered aesthetic simulation platform that allows users to upload photos of themselves and visualize potential cosmetic procedures and facial adjustments. All results generated by Havelo are simulations only and are intended for informational and exploratory purposes.

2. Not Medical Advice

The simulations, visualizations, and any content provided through Havelo do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Havelo is not a licensed medical provider. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about cosmetic procedures or medical treatments.

Results shown are computer-generated simulations and do not guarantee any specific outcome of any medical or cosmetic procedure. Actual results may vary significantly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Havelo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

5. Photo Uploads and User Content

By uploading photos or any content to Havelo, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to use the content you upload
• Grant Havelo a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos solely to provide the simulation service
• Confirm you are uploading photos of yourself, or have explicit consent from the person in the photo
• Agree not to upload photos of minors

You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of Havelo require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as listed at the time of purchase
• Authorize recurring billing on a monthly or annual basis (as selected)
• Keep your payment information accurate and up to date

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use Havelo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Use Havelo to manipulate or deceive others using simulated images
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit access to Havelo without our written consent

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, designs, and materials on Havelo — including the AI simulation technology — are owned by or licensed to Havelo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
